The literary salon Conversations from a Page was created by Krista Hensel and Cindy Burnett to bring together a community of readers with new and established authors to share their current releases in a personal, welcoming, and casual atmosphere. CFAP has expanded and now also runs a regular Curated Book Discussion and provides other reading related events and recommendations.
Cindy currently works part time at Murder By The Book and regularly speaks to book clubs and women’s groups about her favorite reads and book suggestions. She is a voracious reader and book reviewer who administers a bookstagram account, @Thoughtsfromapage, where she talks about all things book-related. Cindy Burnett shares her thoughts in her weekly Page Turners column in The Buzz Magazines.

“Winter Counts is a marvel. It’s a thriller with a beating heart and jagged teeth. This book is a brilliant meditation on power and violence, and a testament to just how much a crime novel can achieve. Weiden is a powerful new voice. I couldn’t put it down.”
