Despite her Massachusetts address, Toni L.P. Kelner is a bona fide Southerner, with a double name (Toni Leigh), a slew of relatives scattered throughout North Carolina, and the accent to prove it. Toni is the author of the Laura Fleming mysteries and the "Where are they now?" series, and as Leigh Perry, writes the Family Skeleton mysteries. Toni is also the co-editor of seven urban fantasy anthologies with Charlaine Harris, and has published a number of short stories. She's won an Agatha Award and a RT Book Review Career Achievement Award, and has been nominated multiple times for the Anthony, the Macavity, and the Derringer. Toni grew up in northern Florida and North Carolina, and currently lives near Boston with her husband, fellow author Stephen P. Kelner, Jr.; their two daughters; two guinea pigs; and an ever-increasing number of books."
